The firm combines a master's degree in administrative law and municipal management with experience as a consultant to public institutions.

Relations between citizens and the administration are governed by Ley 107-13 on the rights of persons in their relations with the administration and on administrative procedure, and at the local level by Ley 176-07 on the Distrito Nacional and the Municipalities. Judicial review falls to the administrative litigation jurisdiction.
