What data we process and why

  • Consultation requests: name, email, phone, preferred language and the summary you choose to send us. We use them only to answer your request and arrange a consultation.
  • Legal tools: the questions and documents you submit to the assistant are processed to generate the answer; they are not stored permanently and are not added to any knowledge base.
  • Analytics: we measure site usage (page views, contact actions) without recording the content of your questions or documents.

We process your data with your consent and to handle the pre-contractual relationship you initiate. We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if an engagement is formalised, for the duration of the professional relationship and the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or object to processing by writing to the firm through the published contact channels. The reference legislation is Law 172-13 on the protection of personal data of the Dominican Republic.

Third parties

We use technology providers to host the site, run the legal tools and, if you choose, communicate by WhatsApp. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
