The firm’s attorneys practise under the Code of Ethics of the Dominican Republic Bar Association and under Dominican legislation governing the legal and notarial professions.

Professional secrecy

Everything a client or an enquirer tells the firm is covered by professional secrecy. That duty continues after a matter ends and binds everyone in the firm.

Conflicts of interest

Before accepting a matter the firm checks that no conflict exists with current or former clients. If a conflict emerges during an engagement, it is disclosed at once and the appropriate steps are taken.

Honest information

The firm does not promise outcomes. The information published on this site is general, is supported by cited sources where relevant, and is marked as pending review until an attorney has validated it.

Advertising

The firm’s communications are truthful and verifiable. Client reviews are not published without their consent, and no results are presented in a way that could mislead about the outcome of a future matter.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before an engagement begins, stating their scope and the expenses that can be foreseen.

Complaints

If you believe the firm has fallen short of any of these commitments, write to us. Every complaint receives a reply.
