Ruth Esther Raposo Cruz holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) and is an active member of the Colegio de Abogados de la República Dominicana (CARD, the Dominican Bar Association). She holds a master’s degree in Contemporary Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Universidad Abierta Para Adultos (UAPA) and has completed diploma courses in civil law, civil procedure, corporate and commercial law.
She has been part of the team at Estudio Jurídico Balbuena Camps since 2016, in the litigation department, and is a partner of the firm. At the start of her career she worked as a trial attorney and general administrator at the firm Dr. Manuel Reyes Kunhardt & Asociados.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UTESA (2004) and is a graduate in the English language, in which she serves international clients.
