Background
Rafael Carlos Miguel Balbuena Camps holds a law degree from the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) and is an active member of the Colegio de Abogados de la República Dominicana (CARD, the Dominican Bar Association). He has practiced as a trial attorney of the firm for more than a decade and advises clients across the various areas of law, with a particular focus on traffic matters.
He completed a master’s degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure at the Universidad Abierta Para Adultos (UAPA) and a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. He has taken courses and diploma programs in civil, corporate, commercial, traffic, constitutional, administrative and municipal law, and maintains a process of continuing education that includes master’s studies in Real Estate Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
He is a graduate of the English program of the International Language Academy of Canada (ILAC) and serves clients in Spanish and English.
